By accessing and using the Quick Clean Boston website and services ("Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Service Description

Quick Clean Boston provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

Vacation rental turnover cleaning
Exterior cleaning services
Interior cleaning services
Window cleaning
Gutter cleaning
Power washing

Scheduling and Cancellations

a) Scheduling:

All services must be scheduled in advance
Access instructions must be provided prior to service
Schedule changes require 24-hour notice

b) Cancellations:

24-hour notice required for cancellations
Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost
No-shows will be charged the full service amount

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking
Recurring services may require credit card on file
Late payments may incur additional fees

Property Access and Security

Clients must provide secure access to the property
Quick Clean Boston is not responsible for security system issues
Keys and access codes must be accurate and functional
Additional fees may apply for failed access attempts

Service Guarantees

We guarantee our work for 24 hours after service completion. Any issues must be reported within this timeframe for free touch-ups.

Liability and Insurance

a) Quick Clean Boston maintains comprehensive insurance coverage.

b) We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Damage due to faulty property conditions
Items not reported missing within 24 hours of service

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate service location information
Secure valuable items
Inform of any special conditions or requirements
Ensure property access
Report any concerns promptly

Service Limitations

We reserve the right to:

Decline service for unsafe conditions
Modify service scope due to unforeseen circumstances
Require additional fees for extreme conditions
Terminate service agreement for policy violations

Website Use

Content is for informational purposes only
No unauthorized use of website content
No harmful activities or interference with site function
No impersonation or misrepresentation

Intellectual Property

All content on the Quick Clean Boston website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
